3. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a 50% refund.

- Cancellations made within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

- Tickets and entry passes are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change the date or details of a booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

Clients must provide accurate information when booking and follow the guidelines given by our guides or representatives during the tour. Exótica Tours VIP is not responsible for any issues arising from misinformation or failure to comply.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety and satisfaction, Exótica Tours VIP shall not be held liable for delays, accidents, losses, or damages incurred during the travel experience due to third-party services, force majeure, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Exótica Tours VIP and may not be reproduced without written permission.
